CBG Tinctures

Cannabigerol (CBG) is known as the mother of all cannabinoids. That is because all major cannabinoids like CBD first start off as CBG. Before the CBG is extracted, it exists as CBGa (cannabigerolic acid) first. As the hemp plant matures, CBGa converts in other cannabinoids, such as CBDa and THCa, the acidic versions of those popular cannabinoids. Only once does the plant undergo decarboxylation (heating process) does the CBGa turn into CBG.
